The Rider Rebound Program is a program to help the injured riders of the North Dakota Motorcycle Association and De Fort Motocross. An anonymous donation was made to start this program, as intended to help injured riders cover medical expenses, and get them back racing quickly.
Riders that qualify for this program must be seriously injured at an NDMA race or at the De Fort Motocross Track. This program is for the 2022 motocross year moving forward.
The Rider Rebound Program is for injuries that prevent a racer from racing, cause the racer to take time away from the bike, and causes the racer to reach out for medical help that requires an ER visit or possible multiple Doctor visits to monitor or treat the healing of this injury.
Examples of injuries and payouts associated with it.
(These are not the only injuries that qualify, merely examples)
To see if you or your injury qualify for this program, simply reach out to Eric Nelson. Your personal information will be kept private. It is your choice if you tell others that you have received from the program but the program will not disclose who has received from it. We intend to write checks quickly to the riders of this program.
This was a one-time donation that started the Rider Rebound Program, and once the funds of this program are exhausted, the program will be done. For this program to continue we ask riders and families to consider donating to it or help fundraise for it.
